MPD was engaged to provide a bespoke connection solution for a foul main off a busy London road. Our temporary works knowledge, coupled with confined space excavation competence, let us draw up plans to create a tunnel from site, under the main road to the main. This mitigated partial road closures and eased the public interface. MPD were commended by the client design team for implementing such a value engineered solution.
