As part of Greater Anglia’s rollout of new rolling stock, MPD was appointed to deliver critical infrastructure upgrades at Wickford train station.

Our package included demolition, excavation, groundworks, embankment retention, legato block installation, and the construction of platform copers and brickwork. All works were carried out safely during live operations, with lines and platforms remaining open to both rail and pedestrian traffic.
