MPD installed 160m of complex reinforced in situ concrete for the portal entry-exit slab track. Initial forecasts predicted the programme would run for six months and cost £2,000,000. MPD delivered the full scope for £595,000 in six weeks. We were then retained for an additional £1,900,000 of work.
